Graduate Studying in the UK

Graduate visa allows you to stay in the UK for at least 2 years after successfully completing a course in the UK.

You will be eligible to apply if you are currently in the UK on a Student visa or Tier 4 student visa and you have successfully completed that course.

Under this route, you would be unable to extend your visa but can switch to another visa route in country.

Graduate Dependents

Your dependants can only apply with you as dependant on the Graduate visa if they joined you in the UK as ‘dependents’ on your current student visa or Tier 4 (General) student visa.
