British National (Overseas) (BN(O)) status holders ordinarily resident in Hong Kong, and their immediate family members are able to settled in the UK to live and work.

Settlement after 5 years

Those eligible for this visa will be able to settle after 5 years if they meet the requirements and apply for British Citizenship 12 months after settlement.
