Our experience and qualifications

The Immigration Team at CSB Solicitors Limited is headed by Manveer Sanghera. Manveer is a registered and regulated Solicitor with both the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and The Law Society. Having qualified in March 2015, Manveer brings a decade of experience in providing high quality specialist immigration advice.

Manveer was a trainee and also qualified as a Solicitor at a well-known City law firm in Birmingham before going on to become the Interim Head of the Immigration Department. At CSB Solicitors, Manveer’s leadership drive and determination has created an excellent reputation based not only on the quality of the service but also equally importantly on the personalised service we offer, which is second to none.

We provide a timeline for preparing your application based on its complexity, the number of applicants, and the evidence required. On average, preparation takes 1–4 weeks after receiving all necessary documents. We will keep you informed of any anticipated delays and provide updates on Home Office processing times, which vary by application type and submission method.

Exclusions:

The following costs are not included in our professional fees and may need to be paid separately:

    • UKVI Fees: Visa application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, etc.
    • Third-Party Costs: Payments to HM Passport Office, Land Registry, or other external entities.
    • Barrister’s Fees: If legal counsel is required, we will consult you on options and costs before proceeding.
    • Court or Tribunal Fees: Any fees associated with appeals or legal proceedings.
    • Translation Services: Costs for document translation when required.
    • Interpreter Services: These are difficult to estimate, and are not offered as a fixed fee. Services can be arranged, if required, to meet your needs.
    • Expert Fees: Charges for expert opinions or agents instructed on your behalf.
    • Postage & Courier Charges: Costs for non-standard delivery methods.
